Misconduct towards a student includes but is not limited to: Obscene language, disparaging comments, prejudice or bigotry, sexual innuendo or contact, physical aggression, etc.
Individuals witnessing employee misconduct should report to one of the following:

Employee Ethical Conduct Standards & PolicyAll FLEC employees have an obligation and legal responsibility to report misconduct by instructional personnel and administrators which affects the health, safety, or welfare of a student. Failure to report misconduct by a colleague towards a student may result in penalties up to termination of employment.
