Meet the PreK Teachers
Ms. Millie has been working at FLEC for 9 years and enjoys working with people who truly care about each other and the children. Ms. Millie loves teaching the little ones in PreK because they are curious, smart and make her smile every day! Fun fact about Ms. Millie is that she is from Guyana, the only English speaking country in South America.
Tatiana Hardt – Assistant
This is Ms. Tanya’s first year teaching at FLEC and she appreciates that there is a different level of love, compassion and understanding in the school’s atmosphere. The staff and teachers do more than just accomplish daily tasks, they lead the students to a closer relationship with God. Ms. Tanya is refreshed and energized by the PreK students’ openness and desire to grow and learn. Another reason we are blessed to have Ms. Tanya at FLEC is she brings the new ability to translate Russian for our Russian speaking families.
Meet the Kindergarten Teachers
Mrs. Gomberg has been working at FLEC for 17 years and loves that she can share Jesus with her students everyday. She enjoys teaching kindergarteners because there is so much enthusiasm for all the little things, it’s exciting to experience activities with them for the first time. Something you may not know about Mrs. Gomberg is that her grandfather played baseball for the Philadelphia Phillies and the St. Louis Cardinals in the 1930’s. It is also Mrs. Gomberg’s lovely voice narrating our Preview Day video!
Mrs. Hudak is the newest of our Kindergarten teachers in her 2nd year working at FLEC. She enjoys being able to collaborate with our amazing Kindergarten team and feels blessed to be able to teach her students about Jesus. Kindergarten is a fun grade to teach because the kids are naturally curious and eager to learn new things, including participating in discussions about spiritual concepts and Bible stories. She enjoys the hands-on learning and marvels at the growth and development over the course of the year. In her spare time, Mrs. Hudak enjoys interior decorating of homes.
Mrs. Ledesma is in her third year working at FLEC and enjoys working at a Christian school where she can teach kids about Jesus. She loves teaching kindergarteners because of how excited they are to learn new things. A fun fact about Mrs. Ledesma is that she loves to try new foods and travel with her husband and two amazing kids.
Mrs. Stewart has been working at FLEC for 16 years and enjoys the enrichment opportunities FLEC has for her students as well as the ability to foster relationships with Jesus. Teaching Kindergarten is exciting and fun! You may already know that Mrs. Stewart loves to cook, but what you may not know is that she loves to make all kinds of jams.
